The SWORL has a companion web app that works over web bluetooth (chromium based or similar browsers required).

However, you do not need the app to make a couple of important adjustments...

To change LED brightness - while controller is plugged in, hold the edit button with one hand and press the up or down arrow keys with the other to adjust brightness.

To change analog sensitivity do the same as above but press left or right to cycle through 5 increasing sensitivity settings.
