State of Decay 2 on the SWORL: Dodge, Grapple, Throw, Finish
State of Decay 2 lets you put almost any action on almost any button, so Silkylynx left the SWORL on its default profile and built this setup entirely in-game.

Design
Combination actions stay on the same buttons they'd use by default, and most combos are pressed with fingers spaced one button apart, which is a comfortable spread on the SWORL. The layout is tuned for a dodge > grapple > throw > finish playstyle. Item use works mid-dodge or while aiming, and you never have to stop moving the camera, which matters when you're setting up grapple angles.
Tip: turn off aim assist
SoD2's aim assist slows your camera as it passes over enemies. With the SWORL's precise Hall effect dome, headshots (especially with crossbows) are easier with it off.

How to import a SWORL layout
- Keep your SWORL on its default profile, or recreate the diagram above in the SWORL configurator.
- Apply any in-game button bindings shown in the screenshots.
- Save your finished profile and share it back with the community.
