Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any purchase option offered by Junk Food Custom Arcades LLC, including pre-orders, backorders, deposits, payment plans, subscriptions, memberships, recurring charges, reservations, installment payments, deferred payments, or other purchase options that may be offered through Shopify, Shop Pay, third-party payment providers, or other services.

Not all purchase options are available at all times.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders reserve or request a product before it is available to ship.

Estimated production dates, release dates, and shipping dates are estimates only and may change.

Pre-orders and backorders may be delayed due to manufacturing, supply chain, customs, freight, quality control, component availability, platform compatibility testing, or other factors.

Unless the product page states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, pre-orders and backorders may be non-cancelable and non-refundable once production, procurement, allocation, customization, or fulfillment preparation has begun.

Deposits and Reservations

If we offer deposits or reservations, the product page or checkout will describe whether the deposit is refundable or non-refundable.

A deposit may reserve production capacity, inventory, limited-run availability, or a future purchase opportunity.

Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of the deposit where disclosed.

Installments, Payment Plans, and Shop Pay Installments

If you use Shop Pay Installments or another third-party installment/payment plan provider, your payment plan is governed by that provider’s terms.

Canceling an order, returning a product, or receiving a refund does not automatically cancel your obligations with a third-party payment provider unless the provider processes the adjustment.

You are responsible for reviewing the payment provider’s terms before selecting a payment plan.

Subscriptions or Recurring Purchases

If we offer subscriptions or recurring purchases, the subscription terms will be shown at checkout or on the product page.

You may cancel a subscription according to the instructions provided in your account, subscription portal, checkout confirmation, or subscription emails.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed, charged, packed, shipped, customized, or entered production.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, modified, made-to-order, limited-run, or custom artwork products may not be cancelable after production, customization, procurement, or fulfillment preparation begins.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation of a purchase option, contact:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Name and email used for the order
  • Product name
  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.

Refunds After Cancellation

If cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may exclude:

  • Non-refundable deposits
  • Payment processing fees where non-refundable to us
  • Customization costs
  • Production costs already incurred
  • Shipping charges
  • Package protection charges
  • Third-party fees
  • Taxes, duties, brokerage, or import fees
  • Any amounts not recoverable from third-party providers
