Not every game lets you remap, and nobody wants to re-learn menus for every shooter. PantzForHire designed the "One-Handed Shooter" to leave the left-hand D-pad completely stock while your right hand does everything except move.

Design goals

• Menus stay normal: the D-pad is untouched, so browsing loadouts and inventories needs no remapping.
• Built for chords: tricky multi-button actions work, like aiming down sights while holding breath in Call of Duty using index, ring and pinky.
• Reload on the index: reload normally lives on X/Square, and you're rarely shooting and reloading at once.
• L3/R3 on the pinky: sprint, crouch and melee are frequent but low-intensity, so the pinky handles them without strain.
• L1/R1: the trickiest to get comfortable with, but they come naturally with practice.

Where it works best

This profile is designed for games with ADS set to hold. It feels great in Fortnite and Call of Duty on default controls, and in Uncharted 4. Halo's default binds don't fit it as well; see our Halo 2 and Halo Infinite layouts instead.

How to import a SWORL layout

1. Download the .json file above, or copy the code into a text file and save it with a .json extension.
2. Open the file in a text editor and change the "profile" value to the slot you want, minus one (Profile 1 = 0, Profile 5 = 4), so you don't overwrite an existing profile.
3. Open the SWORL configurator, connect your SWORL and import the file.
